When I read up to chapter two, I thought that it would all end perfectly;
I thought that the problem might be with Boxer or Mollie. I especially
thought that Boxer would be a problem because in the beginning he
came across as an incredibly strong character (both literally and
metaphorically). He seemed like the sort of personality that would
find a way into trouble.
Many things have happened that make it seem like this perfection won’t
last forever, for instance, the milk disappearing. Napoleon just passes it
by without trying to make a big deal of it, so that makes him look guilty.
The seven commandments made a lot of sense, although I don’t think
that some of the animals completely understood. The pigs seem to be
natural born leaders.
